LATEST FINDS

I'm continuing to add to my collection of treasures to sell. The sale is not until Memorial weekend but we gotta keep finding new stuff for you to buy! How fun is it to have a little side business where you HAVE to go shopping?! Yeah, but somebody has to do it, right?

So here are a few of my  more rustic/primitive finds...

Here's a very cool vintage Replogle globe on a wood stand...OK this is not so primitive but I wanted to start out with something colorful! Should I paint the stand? What do you think?

This is a large vintage grain bin scoop. It has a wooden end and handle with metal scoop and metal handle over the top. I would use this to hold magazines. What would YOU do with it?

HERE'S THE INSIDE AND METAL "OVER- THE -TOP" HANDLE

THE END OF THE SCOOP IS WOODEN WITH THIS HANDLE. I CAN ENVISION THAT THEY HELD THE WOOD HANDLE WITH ONE END AND THE METAL ONE ON TOP WITH THE OTHER, SCOOPING OUT THE GRAIN. I'LL CLEAN UP THIS WOOD AND MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL!

Above is a metal plant holder, or whatever other creative use you might come up with. Love the wood handle and things with numbers! Below is a rustic bell.

This is an old wooden box with a "flap" on the bottom which can be flipped open for more storage. I might keep this myself since it's blue and that's my color. I could put incoming mail in the top part and pens or something in the bottom.
If I DO keep the little blue box I will sell this really cool old mail box (below). Unless my daughter-in-law puts "dibs" on it first!

Above is a really neat old wood box/drawer. There is advertising on the side and I forgot to take pictures of that. The patina on this is great! Another magazine holder? How would YOU use it? I kind of have a theme going here with all the storage containers.

I have lots more to show but I'll wait until tomorrow. Don't want this to get too long!
